Can Your Phone Be Used As A Breathalyzer?

Let's say you are out on the town and you've done the rounds with friends and it's time to call it a night. You get back to your car and realize that thought you didn't go crazy, did you drink enough to be legally intoxicated? Wouldn't it be great if you could know for sure?

There are many devices that claim to provide you with "police equipment" accuracy regarding your blood alcohol content. All of these are devices you plug into your phone and then either the device provides analysis or data is transmitted to a center that sends back an analysis. Most of these devices are not that accurate or reliable. However, there is one that seems to stand up to the test and deliver pretty accurate results.

BACTrack is probably the best of these devices and you can get it for your Andriod or iPhone. It is a device you blow into and results are then texted back to your phone. They offer two devices. A $50 keychain device, which is not as accurate as their other offering, a $100 larger device you keep separate. If you live in Burlington, Essex, Colchester, Winooski, Williston, Shelburne or anywhere in the State of Vermont, and have been arrested or charged with DUI or any crime, call Handy Law for aggressive and experienced legal defense.
