What Can You Be

How far will law enforcement go to enforce DUI laws? Basically driving any "vehicle" under the influence will qualify to get you arrested for DUI. In North Carolina arrests have been made for driving a tractor drunk. In New Mexico you can be arrested for riding a moped drunk and in Michigan you can get a DUI for hopping on your snowmobile after a few. Where does all this madness end? Apparently, nowhere! In Arkansas you can be arrested for riding a lawnmower drunk and in Ohio, a bicycle. Not even horseback riders are able to avoid the charge - especially if they live in San Francisco. So folks, the moral of the story is, if you are going to drink too much, stay indoors and don't try to travel on your own by any means.
