Use An App To Avoid A DUI Charge

With technology constantly advancing it is no surprise that developers have taken aim at helping consumers be safe and avoid unnecessary DUI charges. One great app for your phone (available for both Android and iOS) is AlcoDroid. Although this tool does not measure your blood alcohol content, it does create some very good guidelines for helping you to determine if you are indeed over the limit.

Essentially AlcoDroid is a drink diary that keeps track of the amount of alcohol that you have consumed. You enter your height and weight and then log each drink you consume as you consume it. The app then shows you a running estimation of your blood alcohol content so you can judge more accurately whether or not you are OK to drive.

Of course, if you have any question whatsoever, or if you have had more than one or two drinks always err on the side of caution. If you live in Burlington, Essex, Colchester, Winooski, Williston, Shelburne or anywhere in the State of Vermont, and have been arrested or charged with DUI or any crime, call Handy Law for aggressive and experienced legal defense.
