A New Jersey driver was arrested for DUI when an officer pulled him over... because of damage to his car! A tree had fallen and hit some electrical wires, knocking over a tree into the road. The responding officer on noticed the suspect's car had damage to its side and pulled him over to ask if he had been hit by the falling tree.. The damage, it turns out, had not come from the fallen wires at all but from the suspect having side-swiped a guard rail a short time before. The officer also happened to notice heroin and a needle in the passenger seat and so the driver was arrested and taken into custody.
